Empress Home works diligently to ensure the highest manufacturing and design standards. We inspect all products suspect of a defect and will replace merchandise that is determined to be compromised due to manufactures defect. Please contact us if you suspect defective merchandise. We cannot accept, as a manufactures defect, any product that was not properly cared for as per the label instructions or merchandise that is stained, odiferous, torn, old or otherwise worn-out due to normal use.
Return Shipping cost:
Return shipping charges are refunded due to a manufacturing defect or an Empress Home fulfillment error only. If we make a fulfillment error we will credit you for return shipping and ship free the replacement merchandise. Please see Terms and Conditions for additional policy info.
If by chance you need to return your purchase, please refer to the following instructions:
- You have up to 30 days to return merchandise.
- Please inform us about your return, including a reason, by contacting us via email or phone, see contact us page. Please include order ID when contacting us.
- Include the packing slip or a copy of any email correspondence regarding your return.
- Use the original shipping box or an appropriate box for shipment.
- Use a carrier with tracking. You are responsible for the item until delivery is confirmed via the carrier.
